Delete Your Couple Pulse Account
You can delete your Couple Pulse account and/or associated account data at any time.
If you can access the app, the fastest way is to delete your account in the app:
Open Couple Pulse → navigate to Settings → navigate to Delete account
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at:
Please email us from the email address linked to your Couple Pulse account. This helps us verify that the request comes from the account owner.
When you request deletion, we may ask you to verify your account ownership and to confirm the request before we delete the account.
Deleting your account will delete your Couple Pulse account and associated account data, including profile data, couple link data, and user content associated with your account, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, backup, or operational retention where required or permitted.
Because Couple Pulse is designed for linked partners, deleting your account may also affect shared couple-space content for both partners.
We usually process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
